Shipping to the United States
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 10 am Central Time may require +1 day to process. For example, orders placed after 10am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
Most standard shipments are sent through USPS,UPS or FedEx Ground. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order. Orders ship from our warehouses depending on stock availability.
Packages usually reach their destination in 2-4 business days but can occasionally take longer.
Shipping to EU or Other Countries
International shipments are sent to most locations via FedEx International Priority. We do this to ensure the best possible shipping experience.
Orders typically take 3-7 Business days to reach international destinations, but FedEx can sometimes have unexpected delays, resulting in up to 2 weeks for some destinations. Orders may also require up to +1 day to process.
VAT & Duties
Some countries outside the U.S. may impose additional taxes and/or duties, such as VAT, to import an order. The taxes and/or duties related to an order are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Status and Tracking
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed. Furthermore, you can always see the status of your orders and tracking of your shipment by logging into your account.
This tracking information may take up to 1 day to be available.
